I know you are all DYING to know how I did on week one of "Operation Kick A##" well I have the results! Are you ready for the weigh in?! I didn't put up my initial weigh in last week because I didn't feel like putting a post up with just my big fat number of how much I weigh on it. Brace yourselves it is going to shock you. I have never weighed this much in my entire life! And I am honestly feeling the consequences. I cant sleep well at night, I had much less energy, and I am SO uncomfortable!
I will be weighing my self every Saturday. SO! My starting weight is .............. 238 lbs!
This week: I started being more conscious of what I take in. I got the Body Bugg on Thursday morning and I can not say how much I love it. It will change my life! I want all my sisters to get one NOW!
I exercised 6 times this week. 3 intense work outs at the gym, and 3 hikes.
SO! My weight now is.....................235 lbs! -3lbs.
Ok so I am only a little disappointed. I know 3 lbs is good for a week and you don't want to go so fast because that's not healthy. My Body Bugg goal is 2 lbs a week. But I would kinda like to see more results because I'm impatient. And I'm working so hard I want to literally SEE the weight drip away :) Ha ha. I know, time flies and in 3 months I will see a big difference. And in a year... HELLO!

Shannon, you are beautiful and very courageous if not a bit impatient. 3 pounds is awesome. and you will "see" the results, I promise. And sooner than you think.

3 pounds in a week is AMAZING! and HEALTHY! that is so good shannon. I'm so glad that you started that blog. I'm going to start posting monday! Everything starts monday. I have been so on and off with dieting and exercise I really want to get to my goal with everyone else! LOVE YOU!
